Final Sale: All custom orders are considered Final Sale All orders will be made to order and are submitted to our factory immediately upon receipt. Because of this, they have a longer lead time than our in stock items on the site, and once an order is placed it is not eligible for cancellation, changes, or return.

Timing: Please allow a total lead time is 9-12 weeks.

Color: We now have available for purchase showing all 24 colors in our custom palette. If you plan to use the customizer to select your own colors, we highly recommend purchasing a swatch card prior, as colors may differ from how they appear on screen. Additionally, because each rug is made-to-order, yarn for custom orders is dyed in small batches, and may vary slightly from the original. If you end up ordering a custom rug, the cost of your swatch card will be fully refunded. Please reach out to us with your order number to initiate refund.
